Standard cancellation charges

Refund process

Payments for trips are made directly to the operator — Tour Bazaar does not collect or hold any funds. Refunds are therefore issued by the operator to your original payment method.

• Approved refunds are processed by the operator to the original payment method.
• Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Government taxes, visa fees and third-party charges may be non-refundable.

Platform credit purchases (operators & agents)

Lead credits bought by operators/agents from Tour Bazaar (via Razorpay) are a prepaid digital good, usable immediately. Credit purchases are final: once credits are added to your wallet they cannot be converted back to money, withdrawn to a bank account or card, or transferred to another account. All partner refunds under this policy are issued as wallet credits only — never as money.

• Lead buy-back (full or nothing): a 100% refund of the lead price is re-credited to your wallet, only when — after verification — the traveller was not picking up calls, the lead was fake or invalid, or the traveller denied travelling. Requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase. Once the vendor has shared pricing with the traveller, the lead is considered worked and is not refundable. There are no partial (50%) refunds, and lead refunds are never paid out as money.
• Promo-credit purchases: leads purchased using promo credits (in any mix with regular credits) are not eligible for buy-back refunds. To keep refund protection, choose “regular credits only” at checkout.
• Unused balance: credits remaining in your wallet stay available for future leads but are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
• Bonus credits: are a free gift, carry no monetary value, and are never refundable.
• Failed or duplicate charges: the single exception — if you were charged but credits were never added (a failed or duplicate payment), that charge is reversed by the payment gateway to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, because no credits ever existed for it.

Operator-specific terms

Some packages (especially flights, peak-season and international trips) carry stricter or non-refundable terms set by the operator or airline. These are clearly listed under each package's Policies tab before you book.

No-shows & force majeure

No-shows are non-refundable. In cases of force majeure (natural events, government restrictions, etc.), we work with operators to offer credits or rescheduling where possible.

Third-party operators & disclaimer

Tour Bazaar is a marketplace. We do not own, employ or control the tour operators, agents or vendors listed on the platform, and we are not responsible for fraud, misrepresentation, service failures or any disputes arising from their services. The contract for every booking is directly between you and the operator.

If you experience fraud or a serious issue, you may pursue legal action directly against the operator/vendor in their name. We will support you by sharing any information we hold — such as the operator's verified business and GST details, your enquiry, and communication records — to assist your claim or the relevant authorities.
