1. About the platform

Tour Bazaar is a marketplace that connects travellers with GST-verified tour operators and accommodation providers. We facilitate discovery, comparison and enquiries; the actual travel services are provided by independent third-party operators.

2. Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the platform.
• If you register (as a traveller, operator or agent), you are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Enquiries, quotes & bookings

• Submitting an enquiry shares your details with relevant verified operators so they can send you quotes.
• Prices shown are indicative and may vary by season, availability and final inclusions.
• A booking is confirmed only once the operator accepts it and any required payment is received.
• The contract for the travel service is between you and the operator.

4. Verification of operators

We verify each operator's GSTIN and business details before they can list. While we take reasonable steps to ensure legitimacy, we do not warrant the quality of every service and encourage travellers to review inclusions, exclusions and policies before booking.

5. Payments for trips

For travel bookings, Tour Bazaar does not collect or process trip payments. All payments for a trip are made directly to the tour operator / providerthrough their own channels. We never hold your trip funds and are not a party to that payment transaction. Always confirm the operator's official payment details and obtain a valid receipt before paying.

6. Platform credits & billing (for operators & agents)

Separately from trip payments, registered operators and agents may purchase prepaid lead credits from us to access traveller enquiries on the marketplace. These credit purchases are billed and collected by Keyakash Technologies Private Limited (operating the Graciax/ Tour Bazaar platform) through our payment partner, Razorpay.

• 1 credit carries ₹1 of lead-purchasing value. The total payable is shown at checkout (any applicable taxes are displayed before payment) and an invoice is issued for every purchase.
• Money paid for credits is non-refundable — credits are prepaid, non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, except for failed/duplicate charges per our Refund Policy.
• Credits are consumed when you unlock/buy a lead; lead prices are shown before purchase and set by us. The lead buy-back facility is full-or-nothing: where eligible (traveller unreachable, fake/invalid lead, or traveller denied travelling — requested within 48 hours of purchase), 100% of the lead's price is returned as wallet credits only (never cash) after we verify with the traveller. No refund applies once you have shared pricing with the traveller, and there are no partial refunds.
• By completing a credit purchase you accept these terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Agents & vendors

Agents and vendors who buy and work leads are also bound by our Vendor & Agent Agreement, which they accept electronically from their dashboard. In summary, you must:

• communicate with travellers politely and professionally — misbehaviour or misconduct can lead to account suspension;
• keep your account secure and personal — letting anyone else use your account to buy leads can lead to suspension;
• never defraud a client — fraud can lead to suspension and legal liability to compensate and pay damages to the affected client, plus reporting to the authorities;
• handle traveller data lawfully and only for the genuine enquiry.

Vendor content. All content a vendor posts on the platform — listings, itineraries, prices, photos, blogs, promotional material and any other material — is the sole responsibility of the vendor who posts it. Tour Bazaar acts as an intermediary and does not verify, endorse or assume liability for vendor-posted content. If vendor content is unlawful, infringing or misleading, we are not responsible for it, but on receiving a report we will assist in its removal — write to our Grievance Officer (section 13) or support.

8. Cancellations & refunds

Trip cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policyand the operator's package-specific terms. Refunds for platform credit purchases are covered in the same policy.

9. Acceptable use

When using the platform, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information, or submit fake enquiries.
• Infringe the rights of others, post unlawful, abusive or objectionable content, or harass operators or staff.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape data at scale, introduce malware, or disrupt the platform's operation.
• Use the platform for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms.

You must also provide accurate contact details, carry valid government-issued ID and travel documents, and comply with operators' and authorities' requirements.

10. Intellectual property

Graciax is a trademark of Keyakash Technologies Private Limited. Tour Bazaar, the Graciax name, logos and all related marks are the property of Keyakash Technologies Private Limited and may not be used without prior written permission. All platform content is owned by or licensed to Keyakash Technologies Private Limited and is protected by applicable laws.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keyakash Technologies Private Limited, its officers, employees and partners from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the platform, or your dealings with an operator.

12. Limitation of liability

Tour Bazaar acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for acts, omissions or service quality of operators, or for indirect or consequential losses, or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount, if any, you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

13. Grievance redressal

For any complaint about the platform or content, contact our Grievance Officer at support@tourbazaar.in. Full details and our response timelines are set out in our Privacy Policy, in line with India's IT Rules, 2021 and the DPDP Act, 2023.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the “Last updated” date revised above. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Severability & governing law

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
