Tour Bazaar, operated under the Graciax brand by Keyakash Technologies Private Limited, sells digital lead credits only. No physical product is shipped.

Digital delivery

The only paid product on this platform is prepaid lead credits for registered operators and agents. Credits are a digital good — there is no physical shipping and no courier or delivery address is required.

Delivery timeline

Credits are delivered instantly to your account wallet on successful payment.
In rare cases of a delayed payment confirmation from the bank/gateway, credits are added automatically as soon as the payment is verified (typically within a few minutes).
You can confirm delivery anytime under Dashboard → Credits & Billing, where every top-up and its tax invoice are listed.

If credits aren't delivered

If you were charged but credits don't appear within 30 minutes, email support@tourbazaar.in or call +91 85480 50741 with your payment reference. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for failed or duplicate charges.
